INSTANT SAMBAR PODI WITH CHILI POWDER

Instant sambar powder is an interesting powder recipe, using plain chili powder and coriander powder. When you use this powder to prepare kulambu or sambar the taste will be too good and so fresh. The taste may remember you of the best kulambu you have tasted in some of the marriages. Best of everything preparing this instant sambar powder is actually very simple.

Even someone new to the kitchen can also prepare this powder without any struggle the taste will be amazing. The major reason why I am posting this recipe is to avoid all the struggles I went through without my in-law's sambar powder which she used to prepare on her own and send to us. During this lockdown when I was out of homemade sambar powder it was hard to make regular recipes to taste the same without them.

Even I hesitate to prepare sambar or kulambu instead I was trying all the new recipes available on social media which are prepared without sambar powder. Few of you may think, If you are out of sambar powder just use the store bought one and What is the big deal? Well yes, that’s really an option. But as a foodie who loves to cook and prefer to enjoy the taste of every bite of my food, it was really a big deal. Luckily my mother-in-law somehow managed to learn this recipe.

That is used in marriages where they are in need to prepare food for a large number of people and fortunately, it worked for me as well😉😀. Even if you have your regular sambar powder, for a change of taste you can definitely give it a try and it's really worth it. One more interesting fact about this recipe is you can prepare sambar powder as much as the smaller quantity you want and even if you don't like the taste nothing going to be wasted. So let's check out the recipe,
