 KOTHTHU CHAPATI(With leftover Chapati)

Koththu chapati is a healthy version of koththu parota to define it simply. And it is one of the interesting recipes to prepare with leftover chapati. Its very simple to make and super delicious to eat as I mentioned above we prefer to make this recipe with leftover chapati or leftover salna.

My husband is a big Salna lover, for example, if I want to make his day I will tell him that I am gonna prepare salna today that's it he will be good for the whole day, he loves salna that much. So learned to prepare salna for him and actually this particular recipe is his identification and still, he is the master chef for this recipe in my house.

So I would like to thank him for lending and gave permission to publish his recipe😉😂 in my blog. Now, to talk about the recipe, you can edit this recipe easily up to you and your family preference. For example, you can add mint to the recipe, or you can add or remove any vegetables. But the result is a guarantee that it will taste so good. NOTE:

1. Using the same recipe you can make koththu parota or you can use whatever roti available with you, even frozen parota or chapati works well.
2. And if you like pepper flavor then add a sprinkle of freshly crushed pepper on top of it while serving, just to enhance the overall flavor.
3. For perfect consistency, if the chapati is too hard then cook a little longer until it gets soft, or if the chapati is fresh then give it a quick mix and switch it off immediately so that it won't become too saggy.
4. We won't like the chapati in this recipe too hard or too saggy and it will taste good with onion raita.
