 HEALTHY 2-MINUTES PEANUT BUTTER SMOOTHIE                               

This is a perfect recipe at this quarantine time. 

When kids are around, they would like to eat all the time. For mama, it should be healthy as well as tasty. So, this is a perfect combination of everything. We are going to make a tasty, healthy yet simple smoothie. 

Because of its high nutrition values, it will be a nice health drink for grown-ups after a workout or a yoga session. On a busy day, you can use this smoothie as us your breakfast. This smoothie will keep you full for a longer time because it includes fruits, dry fruits, nuts, and milk.

With this smoothie, you can easily replace your kid's junk food, this may become your family's new favorite drink, just like ours. No one will say no to this yummy smoothie once they taste it. Thanks to my husband for finding out about this amazing smoothie.

So, let's see the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:

Preparation Time: 10mins.
Cooking Time: Nil.          
Serves:2.
1. Apple                 - 1no.
2. Banana                   - 1no.
3. Dates                 - 2nos.
4. Almonds         - 6-8nos(Soaked & Pealed). 
5. Milk         - 1cup.
6. Peanut Butter -1tablespoon. 

METHOD:

1. Boil milk and let it cool completely.

2. Cut apple and banana into cubes.

3. Add all the ingredients fruits, dates, almonds, milk, and peanut butter to a mixer jar or blender.

4. Blend everything for a minute or until everything got blended completely.

5. That's all, our tasty healthy peanut butter smoothie is ready to be served.

METHOD WITH PICTURE:

1. Keep all the ingredients ready.
2. Add to a blender or mixie jar and blend until everything combine well.


3. Pour it into a serving cup.


4. Healthy 2-minutes Peanut Butter Smoothie is ready to be served.


NOTE:

1. I recommend soaked almonds because it is highly nutritious than when it is used with skin and it will easily blend together with the rest of the ingredients.

2. Instead of almonds, you can use any nuts like cashew, walnut, pistachios. Whichever your kids do not prefer to eat.

3. To enjoy the wonderful taste of this smoothie, I would recommend you follow the exact recipe before you try your own magic.

4. Tastes best when served immediately once it blends, as banana might change color and taste after some time.

5. In general, I used to prepare this smoothie when the banana turned black, which won't be great to eat whole.
